PARTY
DURING HOURS
· If
possible, please book your party a month in advance, enabling us to be
prepared & to give You better service.
· You need
to call in at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the party to give the
exact number of people attending.
· Parties
may pre-order their meal using the lunch menu (page 4), tea room rental
menu (page 14) or they can order from the lunch menu when they arrive
the day of the party. If you
pre-order, menu selection must be submitted no less than 7 days prior to
your event.
· There
will be no room rental fee for parties scheduled during Business Hours.
However, If your party extends past closing time you will be
charged an additional $25.00 per 1/2 hour, unless otherwise stated.
· Tables
for your party will be available 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
time. Early arrivals will
have to wait in the Gift Area.
· Parties
will need to eat before playing games, cards or opening gifts so that we
can dismiss our kitchen staff as soon as possible.
· Parties
are more than welcome to decorate the tables, but please do not hang
anything on our walls.
· All cakes
need to be purchased from Annie’s.
· We do not
allow outside food or drink to be brought in unless customer is willing
to pay $1.50 per person service charge.
· On the
day of the party, if your count drops below the amount reserved, you
will still be charged for the confirmed amount.
We will gladly box any extra food for you to take with you when
you leave.
· All
parties of 15 or more must spend at least $8.00 per person (before tax)
or pay the difference in a room rental fee.

$8.00
A party of 15 multiplied by $8.00 should spend $120.00 before
taxes.

The difference of $30.00 is then added onto the bill as a service

· You are
welcome to order food, cheesecake or gift certificates in the amount of

· Coupons
or discounts cannot be used unless you have prior written confirmation
from management.
· 18%
Gratuity will be added to the check(s) for the entire amount.
· Bills
need to be paid in full the day of your event.
We do not accept personal checks without prior approval
from management.
You need to give us a credit/debit card number to reserve
your party. If you cancel
without 72 hour notice, we will need to charge your card $50.00,
non-refundable.
